Date: December 1st to 21st 2025 Time: 7:00am - 7:15am (Monday -Friday) Location: Online via Zoom Cost: $89.00 Master your mind and emotions in 21 days through a comprehensive and transformational breath-work program designed for beginners and advanced students alike. Breath-camp will teach you fundamental, science-based, easy to apply and effective breath-work methods to support you with: Regulating your emotions and nervous system Decreasing anxiety, stress, and depression Improving your sleep Increasing your energy, focus & immune system functions Regulation of digestion, metabolism, and circulation. Week 1: Learning How to Breath Again Learn the fundamentals of breath-work; get familiar with your breath and breathing patterns and gain a better understanding of how to manipulate the breath and use it as a comprehensive tool in our daily lives. Learn the natural breathing rhythms Abdominal breathing, Thoracic Breathing & Full Yogic Breath Introduction of the Ujjayi Breath, a profoundly soothing breath that stimulates the rest response in the body. Week 2: The Practice of Pranayama & Clarity We'll continue to put into practice the fundamentals and will integrate the practice of Pranayama (the practice of proper controlled breathing) as we get more familiar with the body and mind. Introduction to the practice of Anuolma Viloma, alternate nostril breathing: used to bring the body's energy system into equilibrium. You will learn to reduce your heart rate, cool your nerves, increase patience, find ease in making decisions Deepening the Practice of full yogic breath, Pranayama Week 3: Cleansing Through the Breath: Integration & Observation We'll proceed to deepen the understanding and practices of the breath-work learned in previous weeks as we begin to craft a daily routine. We introduce one last integral piece of the pranayama practice. Introduction of Kapalbhati a powerful Pranayama technique; used by yogis to cleanse and clear the mind all while supporting the digestive system. By the end of week 3, you will learn to remove toxins and other waste materials from the body while activating brain cells, decluttering the mind to achieve calm and a sense of balance, thereby improving memory and concentration power.
